Direct replacement for Weather Shield, Sierra Pacific and Peachtree French Door, Active Multi-Point Lock Replacement
For SIW Doors of Delray Beach IWP-56-127-A Concealed Multi-Point Lock Specifications:
- 70mm backset – 2 3/4″ from edge of door to center of handle.
- 92mm (3 5/.8″) center of handle to center of thumbturn
- 5/16″ coupling for threaded rod connection and top and bottom lock points.
- Lock DOES come with exterior mounted faceplate.
- 3/4″ standoff – Lock standoff is the 3/4″ short standoff version used on SIW Doors
- Stainless steel construction
Active multipoint lock gear box with concealed shootbolt rods for door panels, featuring a 2-3/4″ (70mm) backset and a radius-end faceplate measuring 1-1/16″ (27mm) wide by 15-15/16″ (405mm) long. Faceplate is stamped with Patent No. 6,209,931 and is riveted to the lock case. This gear box fits doors by several brands like Weather Shield, Sierra Pacific, Hurd, and Kolbe.
Does not work with Marvin® Doors. This is for the replacement control gearbox and does not include concealed rods. ***Concealed Rods are not included***.
